Bradley D. Smith, M.D. is a physician, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Medical Inc. In addition, he is a commander in the United States Naval Reserves. He has been married since 1984 and has three children. Dr. Smith lives in the Southern California area and has a special interest in camps. He has a passion to help children, youth and families find a place to get away and find themselves in a mountaintop setting.
Nick is the president of MBS, Inc., and specializes in the strategic implementation of computer networks and cloud solutions for churches and ministries. Married since 1986, he and Grace have one daughter. Nick speaks in workshops and seminars from coast to coast, has been published hundreds of times in books and journals, and has relationships with many in ministry. Nick was also a member of Eagle Ridge's Board in its earliest days.
Bob Broaddus, is a retired corporate executive. He has served at Forest Home Ministries as its Chairman of the Board and Chief Operations Officer. He and his wife enjoy traveling along with spending times with his children and grandchildren. He resides in Corona del Mar, California. He has a heart for kids and the opportunity for them to get to hear the word of Christ.
Ed retired from Irvin Aerospace as Vice President of Engineering which culminated in his induction into the NASA's Space Technology Hall of Fame in 1995. Upon retirement, he became involved with charitable work, leading to his introduction to Eagle Ridge. He was the first Chair of the Eagle Ridge Advisory Board, officially started in September 2003. He resides in Huntington Beach. Ed has a passion to see Eagle Ridge embrace the Great Commission in both word and deed.
Pat Caruana is a retired aerospace executive and currently serving as a consultant in the same industry. Prior to his he retirement from the industry he served as a three (3) star General in the U S Air Force. He and his wife Lauraine have married over 40 years and have five grandchildren. Along with serving in the leadership of his church he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs. He believes God's heart's desire is for children to be nurtured in Him through Eagle Ridge.
Canadian born Lauraine Caruana enjoys being a grandmother to five wonderful grand children, mother of two and wife of Pat for 42 years. Passion for Jesus and compassion for others keeps her involved in worship and intercessory prayer at church and as a volunteer with various South Bay agencies – CERT, VIPS, RBPD and BCHD. She considers it a blessing to serve as a part of the Eagle Ridge Camps team.
Ed Arney has worked in the aerospace industry for almost 30 years as a business and finance manager. He is retired from the Air Force having served 30 years in both the active and reserve components. Ed resides with his wife of 28 years in Torrance. They have 2 girls away at college and a son who is a police officer. Ed finds time to be a musician in local South Bay bands and orchestras. Both he and his wife devote many hours to their favorite ministries at Rolling Hills Covenant Church.

William R. Erickson is the Founding Partner and Managing Principal of Viking Capital LLC., a real estate investment banking firm in Southern California responsible for raising debt and equity for acquisition, disposition, recapitalization and development for commercial real estate assets and portfolios of assets. William brings with him approximately 35 years of extensive business practice with two Fortune 250 companies, principal of a Top 20 Electronics Firm, real estate acquisitions, finance, development and joint venture equity investment experience. At Viking Capital, William has been involved in nearly $1 billion of commercial real estate investments involving a variety of product types, geography and investment structures on behalf of numerous clients.
Prior to joining Viking Capital, William was Co-Founder of Craig Capital Corporation, a Real Estate Investment Banking Firm primarily responsible for work with pension funds, institutional investors and lenders for joint venture equity, financial restructuring, junior and senior debt placement on a variety of product type and investment vehicles throughout the U.S. In that position, William was involved in approximately $650 million of transactions involving a variety of clients across the U.S. ranging from acquisitions, ground-up developments, equity recapitalizations and dispositions.
William holds a B.S. from the College of Business Administration from the Bowling Green University.
